6 cups flour
8 T. Oil
2 cups warm water
4 T. sugar
4 packages yeast
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, water, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add flour a little at a time. Knead until fully mixed. Let dough rise in bowl with towel over the top. When it doubles in size, it is ready to roll out to make calzones or make your Pizza Frietz. To make pizza Frietz, grab a small hand full of dough and spread out about the size of a piece of toast. Fry in a pan of oil till light brown. Serve hot with butter, honey, or powdered sugar.
