1 lb. sausage
1 onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 (15 oz. ) can cream style corn
1/4 cup oil
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and sausage, drain. Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn and milk. Pour 1/2 mixture in 2 quart pan. Spread sausage and cheese on top. Pour remaining mixture on top of sausage and cheese. Bake at 425º for 30 - 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
