Ingredients:  
1/4 cup chopped broccoli florets
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 cup water
8 oz. jar cheese whiz
2 packs chopped broccoli (thawed and blotted)
3 well beaten eggs
1 large onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion until transparent in 4 tbsp. butter. Add flour, then water. When thick, add cheese. When blended, add broccoli and blend. Add eggs and blend. Pour in greased 1 3/4 quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and remaining butter.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes at 350.
