Melt 2 Tbsp. butter, pour in baking dish to coat bottom.
Mix:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
Pour into baking dish

Heat:
2 cups fruit, peaches or black berries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

Pour over batter.
Coke at 325º 1 hour
