2 8oz cans whole green chilies
1 c. bisquick
2 c. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
tsp. pepper
1 lb. cheddar cheese grated

*Please note, you can add cayenne pepper to give it a kick*

Preheat oven to 350

Spray bottom of casserole dish, lay chilies to cover bottom. Using a whisk, mix bisquick, milk, eggs & seasonings together, pour over chilies. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, bake approximately 50 minutes.
