1 tbsp veg oil
2 med yellow onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cans. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce or 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 medium poblano peppers , seeded and diced or (1 can green chili's)
1 bag frozen white shoepeg or whole kernel corn
2 can great northern beans, drained
2 can butter beans, drained
2 cans cannellini beans, drained
4 chicken breast , cooked and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil , cook onions and garlic in oil until tender

Stir in remaining ingredients, except chicken.

Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes, stir in chicken , cooked and cubed

I cook in crockpot for several hours
