Ingredients:  
1.5 pounds of ground beef
1 cup of cooked rice
2 eggs
1 small onion chopped fine
1/2 cup of celery chopped fine
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all together

Large Head of Cabbage - Leaves separated

Sauce:
1 - 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
2 cups of beer (add more if required)
COMBINE

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully remove cabbage leaves from head. Steam leaves over a large pot of water. Cut out the thick center vein. Put handful of rice/beef mixture on steamed cabbage leave. Fold and roll. Place rolled cabbage leaves next to each other in a baking pan. Cover with sauce mixture. Bake in covered roaster at 350 for 2 hours or more. Check occasionally to see if there is enough sauce in the bottom of the pan. Add water as needed.

Theresa Miller is my Aunt Annie's daughter and always made the best cabbage rolls for potlucks. I was able to get this recipe from her in the 1970's and have made several times. Delicious!
