It's Salsa, only better?

I made this recipe up on a whim and my niece, Tiffany really liked it. Tiffany asked me to include it in our family cookbook. The avocado and corn really do make the salsa taste fresh. It tastes best the first day. Leftovers still taste ok, but the avocado turns a not-so appetizing shade of brown.
