3 TBSP Butter or Margarine
1 TBSP dehydrated onion (or real onion)
6 Cups Water
6 Chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. bow tie pasta
1 (10oz) pkg chopped frozen broccoli
8 oz shredded or cubed velveeta cheets
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
Dash of nutmeg
(extra shredded cheddar cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, onion, water, bouillon cubes and pasta. Cook (boil) for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli, cheese, and milk. Cook until cheese has melted and broccoli is hot. Add extra milk and shredded cheese until desired taste and consistency is reached.
