3 c. cornmeal
1 c. creamed corn
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 c onion
1 1/3 c grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c jalapeno peppers chopped

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients, set aside

Mix eggs, corn, oil, and milk,
Adding dry ingredients, cheese, onion and peppers

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
