5 lb. Potatoes
6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. Butter (divided)
1 tsp Onion Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cook until tender; drain well.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash potatoes.
3. Add sour cream, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, onion salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
4. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
5. Dot with remaining butter.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through.
