4 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
4 tsp Dijon Mustard
2/3 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl, mix vinegar, chives & salt. Let sit for a few minutes.
2. In another bowl add the mustard to the olive oil and whisk to blend.
3. Add mustard & oil mixture to the vinegar and mix well.
4. Refrigerate unused portion.
