1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Grated Onion
1/3 cup Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Celery Salt
1 cup Canola Oil


Salad:
4 cup Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup Almonds, toasted and sliced
1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Blackberries (optional)
1/2 cup Raspberries (optional)
1/2 cup Blueberries (optional)
1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple, thinly sliced (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, mix all dry ingredients in large bowl, add onion and wine vinegar. Mix well, add oil, mix well.

Mix all salad ingredients together, top with celery dressing.
