Directions:
Blend the Flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender until mixture looks like course crumbles with pea size pieces .remaining. add water and mix gently with a fork. Once water is mostly incorporated use hands and knead gently until a nice ball forms sprinkle flour over the dough (if to sticky) do not over mix as this makes your dough tough. Take 3/4 of dough using either the counter dusted with flour, a dish towel dusted with flour or a pastry sheet dusted with flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to desired size. place in your pie pan stretching gently up the sides and form a crust edge along rim of pie pan. Cut off any excess pie crust not used and place with the remainder of the dough to make your top crust. Once the top crust is prepared add filling to the crust and cover with the top crust. Cut slits in the top to vent.

Personal Notes:
do not handle dough any more than you have to. the less the better. Make sure your water is ice water. you can make these crusts ahead of time and freeze until ready to use.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator the night before you want to use. you can make as many crusts as you like just adjust recipie for your needs.
