1) ˝ cup room temperature cream chees
2) 8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3) ˝ cup heavy cream
4) ˝ cup of your favorite beer
5) 1 ˝ tsp ground black pepper
6) 2 green onions, sliced
7) 3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
8) On The Border Café Style Chips for serving
Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a medium sauce pan over low heat. Stir and heat until smooth. Add bacon and all but 1 teaspoon of the green onions into the dip. Place in a heat-proof serving bowl and top with green onions. Enjoy with On The Border Café Style Chips!
