3/4 lb beef and 1/4 pound pork mixed together
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup cream
1tbsp onion finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 can beef bullion
Directions:
Directions:
saute onions in butter until golden brown. in a large bowl mix meat, bread crumbs, onios, seasonings and cream until smooth. Make small balls of mixture and fry in butter until evenly browned. Add bouillion and simmer for 1 hour or can be frozen to use later.
