8 oz ham steak chopped
1/2 bag frozen tator tots
8 eggs very lightly scrambled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 to 1/2 small onion chopped (I use onion powder instead)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put ham and tator tots in bottom of the dish. In a medium bowel combine rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour over the tots and ham. Cook 45-50 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
