1 lb ground sausage
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup Bisquick

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls & place in a deep baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 40 sausage balls. They can also be frozen to bake as needed.
