"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Mix water, yeast and 1 Tbsp of sugar and allow yeast to brew, add remaining ingredients until completely blended and knead dough and form into ball. Let rise for 1 hour and then roll into home made rolls and let rise again. I also use this recipe for my cinnamon rolls. So after dough has risen for the first hour, roll out to large rectangle, use melted butter, sugar and cinnamon on the dough and then roll and slice into cinnamon rolls. Place in greased cookie sheet with about 1/2 inch between rolls. Let rise for at least another hour and then bake at 375º for about 20 minutes till inside of rolls are cooked.

Personal Notes:
These are my favorite rolls and especially cinnamon rolls. I have also used this recipe to make Christmas wreath breads with poppy seed or other ingredients inside. Use my buttercream frosting recipe or use canned frosting for rolls.
