Pie Crust Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
3/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1/2 cup shortening
2 to 3 tablespoons water

Filling Ingredients:
3 cups peeled onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs well beaten
3 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients together and roll out to make 1/8" thick pie crust.
2. Put crust into pie pan and bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
3. Saute onions in butter until lightly browned.
4. Spoon into baked pastry shell.
5. Add milk, sour cream and salt to eggs.
6. Blend flour with sour cream and combine with egg mixture and pour over onions
7. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes until firm in center.
