Ingredients:  
1 - 7 ounce can whole green chilis
1/2 pound Monterey Jack shredded cheese
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut each green chili in half.
2. Layer in buttered casserole dish a layer of green chilis and then cheese, chilis and cheese until all used up
3. Beat eggs and milk together.
4. Add flour and salt to egg mixture.
5. Pour on top of chilis and cheese
6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
