1 package "JIFFY" Corn muffin mix
½ cup butter, melted
1 can (8¾ oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (8¾ oz.) cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Melt butter in 8x8 clear glass dish.
Blend corn, sour cream and muffin mix.
In separate bowl, beat eggs and stir into casserole.
Blend thoroughly.
Bake 45 minutes until center is firm.
May check center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, its done!
