1 WHOLE CHICKEN
1 STICK MARGARINE
1 LG ONION, CHOPPED
1 CAN RO-TEL TOMATOES
1 CUP BROTH FROM COOKED CHICKEN
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 LG BAG OF TACO FLAVOR CHIPS
GRATED CHEESE

Directions:
Cook chicken by boiling or stewing. Take chicken off the bone & cut up. Saute onion in margarine. Combine Ro-tell tomatoes, broth & both soups in a bowl. Crumble chips. put ½ of bagt in 9 x 12 casserole pan sprayed with pam. Pour sautéed onion over chips, then add chicken & soup mixture. Top with rest of chips & cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
