1 package oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 pound dark melting chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Using a blender or food processor, turn the oreo cookies into crumbs.
Place the oreo crumbs and the cream cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and roll the dough into small bite-size balls.
Chill for one hour.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave or double boiler.
Dip chilled cookie balls into the melted chocolate.
Return to wax paper and let harden.

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

When serving for holidays, try using colored chocolate (you can pick this up at Michael's craft store). Or you can use milk chocolate and put some colored sprinkles on the cookies before the chocolate sets.
