1 lb. ground beef
½ cup green pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1-15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1-8 oz. package wide egg noodles
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In 12 inch skillet, brown beef with green pepper, onion and celery. Drain. Add
tomatoes, bring to a boil on medium heat. Add noodles, reduce to low heat
and cook until tender about 30 minutes. Top with cheese and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
