5 legs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
5 cloves of Garlic
5 T Cream Cheese
5 T Butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk and/or half and half.
Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter in microwave, but don't melt. Peel potatoes and garlic. Put in a deep pan and add water until the potatoes are covered. Cook over medium heat until fork tender. Drain. Let the potatoes sit in the pan for about 5 minutes with th lid on. This is to make sure that all the water has been drained from the potatoes. Put the cooked potatoes an garlic cloves through a Potato Ricer. Add cream cheese and butter. Heat milk or half and half. Add to potatoes. Stir until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
