Ingredients:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Red Wine
1/4 Vegetable Oil
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Garlic, minced
1 T Ginger, minced
4 Green Onions, Sliced
2 Pork Tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pork in a gallon storage bag. Put pork in bag and marine overnight.

Pull the pork out of the marinade. In a large, hot pan coat with oil, sear the pork until brown on all sides. Barbecue or cook in oven until the internal temperature is 145 degree. This takes anywhere between 20-35 minutes. Take pork out and put on a plate. Put foil loosely on top and let the pork rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Strain and boil the marinade for about 5 minutes to sere over the pork or garlic mashed potatoes. The marinade gets foamy, so I also put it through a cheesecloth before serving.
