1 pound pork sausage
9 eggs, beaten
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
1 c milk
2 T flour
¾ pound longhorn cheese, grated
¾ pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9X13 inch glass baking dish. Brown sausage and drain well. Layer sausage on bottom of dish. Sprinkle chilies and cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, milk, and flour in a food processor or blender. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese. Sprinkle surface with paprika. Bake 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
