"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
My friend Antonella gave me this recipe when we spent Thanksgiving with her in her hometown of Aviano, Italy. I thought for sure she had put some exotic Italian spin on it. She laughed when I said I needed the recipe and quickly told me how to make it. Love these type of recipes - so easy and so good!
