1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 T milk
4 oz. thinly sliced corned beef, chopped fine
2 T minced onion
¼ C green pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp black pepper
½ C sour cream
¼ C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325⁰F.
2) Combine cream cheese, milk, corned beef, onion, green pepper, black pepper and sour cream.
3) Spread in an ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
