1 can black beans, drained
1 can white hominy, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, yellow or white, drained
1 lg. can tomatoes, drained & chopped (or use fresh tomatoes)
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 green onions, chopped or minced
½ C (or more) fresh cilantro, chopped
Chopped garlic, to taste
2 T lime juice
1 C (or maybe a bit more) Italian dressing
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with taco chips, pita chips, etc
