2- 9" deep dish pie shells-cook as directed on pkg
1/4 cup margarine or butter
7 oz. coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz. cream cheese softened
16 oz. cool whip
12 oz. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
In Large skillet, melt butter, add coconut and pecans, stir often and cook until golden on medium heat.
Next, combine cream cheese, and condensed milk, then add cool whip. Layer, 1/4 cream cheese mixture, then 1/4 caramel topping, then 1/4 coconut pecan mixture into the pie shells. 2 layers in each pie shell. Then Freeze. Take out 5 min. early for easy cutting.
