Ingredients:  
1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1/2 cup half and half
1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
cinnamon sprinkled in for flavor of your choice
2 cups to 2 1/2 sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt over medium heat, chips, half and half and butter in saucepan, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and blend in powdered sugar. Set saucepan in ice; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until frosting holds it's shape.

Makes about 3 cups.
