2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
½ cup Chopped Onion
¼ Cup Melted Margarine
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 T Melted Margarine
1 (32oz) pkg. Frozen Hash Browns (Thawed)
1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers

Pre-heat oven 350º

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine cheese, soups, sour cream, chopped onions, ¼ cup melted margarine. Salt, and pepper. Mix well, mix in hash browns. When mixed put into baking dish. Mix crushed Ritz crackers and 1 T of melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake for about 1 hour.
