2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
cup Chopped Onion
Cup Melted Margarine
tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
1 T Melted Margarine
1 (32oz) pkg. Frozen Hash Browns (Thawed)
1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 350

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine cheese, soups, sour cream, chopped onions, cup melted margarine. Salt, and pepper. Mix well, mix in hash browns. When mixed put into baking dish. Mix crushed Ritz crackers and 1 T of melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake for about 1 hour.
