1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice (and extra rice for serving)
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
64 ounce bottle tomato juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, meat, onion, egg, salt and pepper, and roll into meatballs. Place meatballs in large pan. Pour tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring often. Serve over rice.
