1 Pillsbury sugar cookie roll for pizza
1 cup cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 1/2 to 1 cup mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries and pineapple spears

*Any fruit combo is fine. Pick your favorite. These 4 work well together.

Roll out your softened sugar cookie roll using a dusting of flour on hands and table. Place onto a round pizza pan and bake as directed on package. Let cool. Mix cool whip, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl on high speed until smooth and creamy. Spread on cookie then arrange your fruit to look anyway you want. (Even faces!) Keep refrigerated.

Hints: You can add red food coloring to your spread for real pizza sauce look. I use the fruit dip spread on my fruit pizza instead of called for spread.
