½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground pork
6 oz. fresh baby spinach
2 eggs
2 C. Italian-blend cheese, shredded
1 ready-to-bake pie crust
1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes with basil
1 t. dried Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and Italian seasoning in large skillet. Stir in spinach and tomatoes into meat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl and set aside 1-2 minutes to cool. Stir in eggs and cheese. Transfer mixture to a 9x9 baking dish. Unroll pie crust and place over meat mixture. Stretch dough as necessary and press edges together. Trim and seal or crimp edges.
Cut 3 small slits in center of crust. Bake 25-20 minutes at 425º or until mixture is bubbly and crust is golden.
