2 oranges
2 1/2 cups cranberries
3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored Jell-O.
3 cups boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries in a food blender. Peel orange and section it. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add orange sections, cranberries, celery, pineapple and pecans and mix well. Pour into a 12 cup mold and chill until set.
Yield: 12 servings.
This is the best if made at least 2 days before serving.
