4 c shredded cheddar (or other) cheese
oregano (big pinch)
3-4 cloves garlic minced
4 c riced cauliflower (about one good sized cauliflower)
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare cauliflower: Cut the florets off the big main stem. Chop these pieces into small pieces or use food processor. Cook in microwave for about 10 min on high. Drain and squeeze as much water out as possible.
Mix everything together. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Add toppings and cook until cheese is melted.

We most often just like pizza sauce, left over cooked chicken and cheese for toppings! Yumm!
This crust seems like a lot of work but is worth it, especially if you are eating gluten free.
