1, 16 ounce package spaghetti noodles
2 teaspoons each dried oregano, basil, and parsley
1 teaspoon each sage and thyme
1, 15 ounce ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 small zucchinis, sliced
1 can sliced black olives, drained
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced and quartered
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, rinse and toss with olive oil, then add spices, onion, garlic, and Italian dressing. Whip ricotta cheese with cayenne pepper. Mix into pasta with your hands. Add rest of vegetables and Parmesan cheese. Toss well. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill a little before serving.
