1 ½ lb. large shrimp
6 slices white bread (Arnolds)
½ lb. Old English cheese (Kraft)
¼ c. melted butter
½ tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs m, beaten
1 pt. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Steam shrimp; clean and devein. Break bread in pieces (size of quarter). Layer, beginning with bread and ending with bread in greased casserole open print to see‘s bread, cheese, shrimp, bread, etc.). Pour butter over layers. Beat eggs; add mustard and salt to eggs. Add milk. Mix together and pour over layers. Let stand overnight, covered. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 350º
