2 pkg. broccoli spears (fresh or if frozen, thawed and drained)
3½ to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup (rinse can with ½ c. milk)
½ c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli in a greased 9x13x12 inch pan. Cut chicken in large pieces and spread over broccoli. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Mix soup, mayonnaise, and milk together. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle sliced water chestnuts over top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350º. Take out and sprinkle onion rings on top. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes more.
