Ingredients:  
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Hidden Valley ranch original dressing mix
2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
¼ c. vegetable or canola oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place quartered potatoes in a gallon size zip lock plastic bag. Add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and oss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan. Bake at 425 - 450º for 35 minutes. 4 - 6 servings.
