1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 c. or ( lb.) sliced okra
1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
c. chopped onion
c. sliced celery
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in a heavy skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until okra is tender
Yield: 6 servings.
