1 lb. ground beef
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. shortening
½ tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1½ c. Bisquick baking mix
½ c. Milk
3 slices process cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 10 inch overproof skillet, brown beef, onion, celery, and green pepper in shortening. Stir in salt and soup. Combine Bisquick and milk to form dough. Roll or pat dough into a circle slightly smaller than the skillet. Spread meat mix evenly the skillet and top with dough. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Turn upside-down on platter. Top with cheese, which has been cut in to diagonal slips.
