1 cups flour
cup sugar
teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
⅓ cup oil
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into 1 cup measuring cup, add the egg and enough milk to make 1 cup. Mix this with the flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top and sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake 12 minutes then flip around and bake 4 more minutes.
