1 lb. ground beef
c. Minute rice
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green peppers in microwave, covered, on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand. Mix ground beef, rice, salt, pepper, onion, and egg. Mix soup, sauce, and water. Add cup liquid to meat mixture. Stuff peppers and set in casserole dish. Pour sauce over all. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 12 minutes.
