1 lb. ground beef
½ c. Minute rice
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
¼ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green peppers in microwave, covered, on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand. Mix ground beef, rice, salt, pepper, onion, and egg. Mix soup, sauce, and water. Add ¼ cup liquid to meat mixture. Stuff peppers and set in casserole dish. Pour sauce over all. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 12 minutes.
