2 lb. ground beef
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 jar salsa
1 small can green chiles
1 can corn, drained
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 packages of taco seasoning
1 egg
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Brown ground beef, drain off grease, then add taco seasoning per package directions. Prepare corn bread, mix per instructions on box and add 1 c. of cheese and green chiles to the mixture. Put the cooked meat into a 9x13" pan, pour salsa on top and then add corn. Spread the corn bread mixture on top of this and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cook per corn bread directions, 400º for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
