5 spoons salt
1½ spoon cayenne (red) pepper
2 spoons black pepper
½ spoon garlic salt
1 spoon paprika
1 spoon allspice
1 spoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Make in any quantity. Use same spoon for all measurements. Use on steaks, chicken, ribs or pork chops. Put rub on meat 1 to 2 hours prior to cooking. If cooking brisket or any large cut, put it on the night before cooking.

Sprinkle on as you would salt and then rub into meat by hand.
